Shipping information
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states, from the United States. No extras, no fees, no hassles.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping from our U.S. store.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping method, and location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—sign up for our newsletter to stay informed!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at hello@tauerperfumes.com. We’ll do our best to assist you in locating your order.
Additional Information
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
- We are happy to ship to U.S.-based shipment forwarders; however, our responsibility for the shipment ends once it is delivered to the forwarder’s address. For deliveries to the Middle East, we recommend using Aramex for reliable and efficient forwarding services.
