Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided in our response.


- Time Frame: You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

- Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or tested.

Refunds

- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
