- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, including any applicable taxes or duties.

- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds

- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Additional Information

- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

- International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during return shipping.
